From the Lekempti town in the Wollega region. Naturally processed. Bold and smooth with muted acidity and taste. Known for its wonderful buttery aftertaste. Grades 4 and 5.

Djimmah

Unwashed ( Naturally Dried)

From the Djimmah region. Naturally Processed. Mild citric acidity. Floral fruited flavors with a spicy chocolaty aftertaste. Grades 4 and 5.

Harrar

Unwashed ( Naturally Dried)

From the Harrar Region. Naturally processed. A bold and intense taste with a rich and pungent aroma. Considered as power house coffees for their bold taste. Grade 5

Sidamo

Unwashed ( Naturally Dried)

From the Sidamo region of Ethiopia. Naturally processed. A well balanced coffee with medium acidity and body and notes of lemon and blueberry with a clean and sweet cocoa finish. Grade 4

Yirgacheffe

Fully Washed

From the town of Yirgacheffe in the region of Sidamo. Fully Washed. Sweet flavor and aroma with a light to medium body.

Sidamo

Fully Washed

Again from the Sidamo region of Ethiopia. Fully Washed. Bright acidity, medium body with rich berry notes and hint of cinnamon. Grade 2

Teppi

Fully Washed

From Teppi in the South Western Region of Ethiopia. Mostly used in blends, these coffees have a good balanced cup and enhances the wild characteristic of other Coffee types.  Low to medium acidity, well rounded with a smooth aftertaste. Grade 2

Limu

Fully Washed

From the Limu Region. Fully Washed.  Bold citric aroma with notes of dry lemon and dark chocolate. Medium citric acidity with medium bold body. Fruited with hints of dry lemon, leaving a clean Black tea after-taste. Grade 2
